Qiangtong HPL Production Line
The HPL press line includes hot press machine, loader cage automatic system, unloading cage automatic system, and vacuum sucker transport system. This press line is the main equipment for HPL production line.
The cutting line is for removing the surplus of boards. The line has two saw machines, so it can remove the surplus material on both the width side and the length side of the boards. The line has a high level of precision.
Glue Reactor accurately adjusts key performance indicators such as curing speed and bond strength under specific temperature, pressure and pH conditions to react raw materials into glue to meet paper impregnation requirements.
This system can be used to control the operating temperature of the HPL press machine, prevent the press from overheating and extend equipment life.
Back Sander is mainly used to sand the surface of HPL , so that the surface can be adjusted to achieve the appropriate surface condition.
The paper impregnation line is to produce melamine resin impregnated overlay paper for the High-Pressure Laminates (HPL).

The HPL cutting line uses a two-stage cutting process that allows the HPL board to be cut both horizontally and vertically, thereby subtracting excess edges. The Oil boiler is natural gas type and 5 million kcal/h.It is connected to HPL press machine and is used to control the thermal oil temperature of hot platens. It can keep the thermal oil at a stable temperature for a period of time, so that the resin can be fully cured to form an HPL sheet with high strength and stability.

It’s better to have 3000 square meters including raw boards storage and finished boards warehouse. You need to prepare at least 6 workers for starting the lamination production.
