Yes, the combine plan depends on what sizes, because it must match the pressure cylinders layout groups. We use the individual cylinders control system to make the multi sizes lamination available.

The camera automatic EIR system can make the design on the plate and design on the paper matching faster than manual way. It can produce 500~600 boards per shift while manual way only produce around 200 board per shift.

Our automatic lines have many configurations, which can be reasonably configured according to the customer’s site and budget.

Is it easy to change the stainless steel plate of the vertical feed short cycle press?

The storage area for raw and finished boards depends on the amount of buffer stock you plan to keep. Typically, you should allocate space for at least one month’s worth of boards. For small boards, this means you’ll need 500 square meters for raw boards and an additional 500 square meters for laminated boards, totaling 1,000 square meters for storage. This calculation assumes that pallets are stacked to a height of 4 meters, which accommodates about four pallets. The same logic applies to large boards, but you’ll need to double the space, requiring 2,000 square meters for storage.

In conclusion, for small-size board production total area requires 1500 square meters, and for big-size board production total area requires 3000 square meters.
