Applications of paper impregnation line:
With the paper impregnation line, different kinds of industrial paper produce different products. Here we introduce the decorative paper of paper impregnation line applications. Melamine resin impregnated papers for the Low-Pressure Laminates (LPL); Melamine resin-impregnated overlay paper such as decorative paper and balance paper, is for flooring; melamine resin-impregnated overlay paper for the High-Pressure Laminates (HPL).
The decore melamine paper is applied in short cycle press machine to make melamine laminated boards, the melamine decore paper is also applied in door skin press machine to make molded door skin. While the resistant paper is applied in laminate flooring press machine to make resistant flooring.

- Coated surface
The surface appearance uses a 200-degree high temperature to melt the plastic powder to make the color. Compare to normal painting, this surface is harder, not easy to break, easier to clean and stronger to against chemical glue corrosion.
- Heat insulation
The oven gate has three layers of heat insulation to prevent the heat from transferring to the outside air. So the oven could lock more heat inside and in anther way means it is energy saving. As the data from customers’ running feedback, the new design heat preventing system could help them to save about 20% heat resource energy. And you can touch the oven outside by hand which only feels a little warm.
- Active auto unwinder & paper joint
Active unwinding and wrapping paper system, we’re unwinding adopts active unwinding of the tower, at the end of a roll, a second volume reaches the normal production line running speed and paper adhesive. We can overcome the inertia effects on the paper. Active unwinding Paper Tells run without changing the knit structure of the paper.
It can ensure 99% paper joins the successes rate. We adopt tilting unwinder for receiving the paper; only one worker is required to connect paper under the speed 50m/min.

- High precision metering system
We adopt the metering roll in first step impregnating with high precision, it can keep the straightness accuracy less than 3um. The glue tank can heat and cool down for keeping the glue in fixed temperature. The back penetration and the breathing institution can ensure the permeability and tension of paper without wrinkling.
- The structure design of oven
The oven is suction-type, air intakes are four corners of the chamber, then the air running as a diagonal line. Unsymmetrical nozzles bring the good effects of drying and increase the paper tension. The speed of the line can reach 30m/min when the length of the oven is 30m and the paper is 80g request for 140% glue contention.
Fully welded and polished nozzle to make airflow more stable and save energy as well.
- High precision rotary cutter
Another is rotary sheeter which can work synchronously with paper under the high-speed mode, it makes the paper cutting more smoothly with higher precision and lower noise.
The rotary sheeter uses three sets of the servo to ensure the cutting precision, and a slow round, paper, no matter at what speed run, when stacking velocity is stable, to make the stack tidier.
- Negative pressure air cooler
The high standard cooler model is cooling down by negative air pressure insulating the heat from the oven. It improves from the standard natural air cooler which has no insulation idea. So the negative air pressure cooling can insulate the heat more efficiently, and it can suck the heat from paper faster, makes the paper valid period longer. For example, the normal cooling paper can save for 6 months in a normal environment while the negative air pressure cooling paper can save 8 months. This is just for reference.
- Automatic two layers of stacking system
The automatic two layers of the stacking system could make the stacking of paper continuously without stopping. It means when the beginning of the line uses automatic unwinders and paper joint, then it means the line must work continuously. So at the end of the line better use automatic two layers stacking system. Otherwise, if you stop the line or even slow down, it will reduce the capacity of the high-speed line and the automatic unwinder loses its value.
