Custom Automation Equipment
Custom automation equipment is a product-specific system that combines loading, conveying, positioning, packaging, stacking, pallet handling and PLC control. Qiangtong configures each system according to the customer’s product dimensions, production process, target throughput, existing machinery and available factory layout.
Application of Custom Automation Equipment
Qiangtong develops non-standard custom automation equipment for manufacturers seeking to connect or automate individual production stages. Depending on specific project, a solution may cover material feeding, loading and unloading, conveying, positioning, flipping, inspection, packaging, stacking, pallet handling and control integration.
The equipment can be supplied as a standalone machine, a modular automation section or an integrated line connected with existing machinery.
Qiangtong as a short-cycle press manufacturer was established in 2003, has exported to over 30 countries since 2007. The stable quality, competitive price, easy operation, low maintenance cost, and satisfied after-sales service have helped Qiangtong gains a good market reputation. If you pursue maximizing investment and return, Qiangtong is undoubtedly one of your best choices.

Expandable Custom Automation Capabilities

Automatic Wood-Based Panel Packaging Process
A typical panel packaging line can include automatic pallet feeding, wood batten placement, corner protector placement, stretch film wrapping, PET strapping and finished-pack conveying. The final order and number of modules are confirmed based on the customer’s transportation, storage and protection requirements.

Automatic Flooring Packaging Machine
The automatic flooring packaging machine is used for SPC, LVT, and PVC/vinyl flooring carton packages, with hot-melt glue sealing as a standard configuration. For HDF laminate flooring, a tape-sealing packaging solution can also be selected. The packaging machine can be connected with automatic loading, interval turnover, chain conveying, stacking, and pallet handling equipment.
