Model A is an automatic short cycle press machine model which has an automatic raw board vacuum pad carrier before the belt conveyor loader, and after the press machine, besides the vacuum pad unloader, it has an automatic trimming machine and the vacuum pad big carrier for stacking boards. The cushion pad is made of silicone gel and copper wire. It has different densities, which will matter about the heating transfer and use life. Normally, every half year needs to change the cushion pad to make sure the lamination quality.
The stainless steel template is made of 304 or 633 stainless steel plates. Then make the surface design by erosion method, and after that sharp details then make surface chrome. The chrome is a matter of the hardness of the template surface and also is deciding the surface quality.
The short cycle press machine works at high temperatures and pressure. The temperature comes from the thermal oil which flows inside the hot platens. So the hot oil needs to be controlled through temperature valves. You can use the simple three-way valves or the second recycling system for better quality.
The gas heater or boiler is required to supply the hot oil to the short cycle press machine. If your fuel is natural gas, then can buy the compressed gas heater which can be put beside the press machine, and no need extra boiler room.

The short cycle press machine delivery requires a special container to load the main press machine frame due to the over height. Usually, it is an open-top container, but when the frame is too heavy, then will require the flat rack container.
The pressure is dependent on the surface texture lamination depth. The deeper texture requires higher pressure. We will send you the guidance file to select the suitable pressure level.
We do not recommend customers apply multiple sizes with one short cycle press machine. Because different sizes will leave an imprint on the press machine. Problems arise when the small size leaves an offset print and the large size is pressed.
The general oil tank capacity of the press is 1 liter (kg), if it is 170kg of oil, you need to buy 6 barrels of oil. Different regions use different hydraulic oils according to different temperatures.
The water cooling method requires external cooling water, which is also at room temperature, not particularly cooled water. But why not connect it directly to the tap, but buy a cooling water tower? for saving water. This water needs to be continuously circulated. If tap water is connected, where does one end come in, and where does the other end come out? How to recycle the water that goes out? So it is still necessary to cool the water tower. This purpose is not only to pump water up and down for cooling in summer but also to store water + circulation. The water tower capacity is 10 tons.
There are two kinds of plate thickness limitations, one is the limitation of automatic equipment, and the other is the limitation of pressing and sticking to the blasting plate.
The first is automation equipment limitations. When the board is too thin, the board will bend, which will easily cause the automation equipment to not work well. Generally limited to more than 8mm thickness.
The second is the limitation of water vapor explosion. There is water in the board, which is released from the side of the board when the double veneer is pressed. Generally, the 4×8-feet board requires more than 6mm, and the 7×9-feet board requires more than 10mm. You can also try 5mm/8mm, depending on the actual moisture content of the board.
Therefore, the thin plate needs to be pressed side by side. When one side is pasted, the feeding trolley can be used, and the output trolley is limited by 5mm.
The single-sided sticking press itself has no restrictions, and it can even make stickers on the surface of the veneer, just put a backing plate in the press.
